MHK wants more information on Knockaloe Farm future

The future of Knockaloe Farm in Patrick could become clearer today.

Onchan MHK David Quirk is calling on the Department of Environment, Food and Agriculture to reveal how much the site is worth.

In Tynwald he'll ask the Minister to reveal what the current site value is and its current planning status.

He also wants to know if anyone has approached the department to buy the farm over the last five years.

It's after it was revealed that government is looking at whether or not to sell it off - an idea that's been strongly opposed by the Patrick Commissioners.
