Young people have say on proposed driving changes

Young drivers believe that serious crashes over the last year should mean more restrictions on new motorists.

The Department of Infrastructure is looking at whether to revise the law in order to try and minimise the risks.

Extending the use of the R-plates and employing devices to alert police to dangerous driving are suggestions included on a new public consultation.
