Neighbourhood policing key to keeping crime rates low

Maintaining neighbourhood policing on the Isle of Man is crucial in keeping the crime rate low.

That's the view of the inspector who has assumed control of the west, south and now northern divisions.

It's part of a restructuring process within the constabulary - traditionally each area has had its own inspector.
