500 Tough Mann contenders hit the countryside today
More than 500 people are expected to run, walk or crawl through the countryside today in a bid to be crowned 'Tough Mann'.
The adventure challenge takes place in Ballaugh and will see people tackle 25 obstacles over a 10k course.
Competitors are promised "mud, sweat and beers" - with a substantial amount of money expected to be raised for Manx charities.
