Murder trial date set for January 2015
A Castletown man will stand trial for murder in January next year.
45-year-old Ian Anderson is charged with killing 60-year-old Neil Roberts from Ballabeg.
At a pre-trial hearing today it was confirmed his trial will start on January 26th next year - it's expected to take five weeks.
Mr Anderson has already pleaded not guilty to the charge which was allegedly committed between November 29th and December 2nd last year.
He also pleaded not guilty to a separate charge of ABH against a woman.
He has been remanded in custody.
