Graffiti daubed on street in Laxey

Police say they've found the people responsible for graffiti that has appeared on Captain's Hill in Laxey.

The culprits appeared to have daubed their names in white paint on the crossroads in the village.

It happened overnight and into the early hours of this morning.

Police say thanks to the help of social media the people involved have been identified and dealt with accordingly.

They say the graffiti will be removed as soon as possible.
