Late nesting of birds leads to climbing ban

Climbers won't be able to climb at The Chasms until the middle of July due to a delay in birds nesting.

The restrictions in the area, which usually end on June 30th, have been extended until July 14th.

Choughs are currently very active in the area and are protected under the Wildlife Act - as a result it is an offence to disturb them.
