Football fans told to enjoy World Cup responsibly

Police are urging football fans to enjoy the World Cup celebrations responsibly.

The biggest event in football kicked off last night, with a packed month of matches to come.

Given it's being hosted in Brazil this year start times are much later than usual, with some England games not getting underway until 11pm.

Superintendent Kevin Willson says the message is simple:
