Chief Minister to explain cannabis comments in Tynwald
The Chief Minister will be asked to clarify his position on the decriminalisation of cannabis.
MHK Steve Rodan wants to find the rationale behind his recent public statements, and the possibility of establishing cannabis cafes.
He also wants to know if it's the consensus of the Council of Ministers.
