Urgent need for more foster carers

Foster parents are in short supply on the Isle of Man.

Monthly drop-in sessions have been organised by Fostering First to tackle the problem.

There are 50 registered foster carers living here – but only two or three available at any one time.

Deputy manager Nigel Howard says it’s imperative that the numbers increase:
