UK air pollution cloud shouldn't impact Isle of Man

Very high levels of air pollution spreading across the UK should not be a cause for concern for Island residents.

That’s the message from the Department of Environment, Food and Agriculture.

Dust from the Saharan Desert and winds have combined to create a potentially toxic storm.

People here have seen some evidence of it on the Island with numerous reports of sandy deposits left on cars.
