Unite meeting for further negotiations over bus drivers
Unite says it hasn’t yet made a decision on whether or not to appeal the findings of an employment tribunal.
The union is meeting with government again today in an effort to progress negotiations relating to bus drivers contracts.
Earlier this month a tribunal ruled that drivers had not been unfairly dismissed after changes were made to their terms and conditions.
The Department of Community, Culture and Leisure says a sound business case was found for making the changes in light of the current economic conditions.
