Weather improving from today

There’s good news on the weather front today – conditions are set to improve.

Yesterday the Island was put on a red weather warning due to a storm surge.

High tides and gale force winds battered the Island's coastline, however incidents of flooding were far less in comparison to Friday's levels.

The cleanup operation will continue today.

Met Office forecaster Neil Young says the forecast is much improved:
