Chief Minister says government isn't unified

The Chief Minister has conceded that he was naive to think he could have a government of national unity.

It had been one of Allan Bell's primary objectives to have a harmonious government line-up with all members working towards the same goals.

However, it has been evident over the past three years that this vision may not be attainable, with regular disputes and major differences of opinion between back bench MHK’s and the Council of Ministers.
