Group practices and school's experiencing phone difficulties this morning

There appears to be a number of areas of Government experiencing phone difficulties this morning.

Doctor’s practices and schools are bearing the brunt of the issues currently with work ongoing to determine the cause.

Although you will hear the ring tone when making the call it won’t be detected on the other end and no one will pick up.

It’s not yet known if the issue has spread throughout all of Government’s phone system.

Those people contacting their GP with a medical emergency are advised to call 999.
