New date to be set for by-election sentencing
Sentencing in the Douglas East By Election trial, has been delayed.
Charles Buster Lewin, Gail Corrin and Kerry Louise Rothwell were due to be sentenced, however the manager of the ill fated campaign, Charles Lewin, has disputed elements of the case against him.
This may now lead to what is known as a Newton Hearing.
Deemster David Turner will now need to set a new date.
