New system to help simplify planning
The Department of Infrastructure has devised a new system geared toward making the planning process simpler.
It's been highlighted in new leaflets which detail eight key elements of planning.
The document covers things like the inspection of building work, choosing a builder and the consideration of neighbours.
The leaflets are targeted at homeowners, developers and contractors.
