Localised flooding likely due to heavy rain
Douglas Coastguard has warned of flooding today due to the heavy rain currently battering the Island.
It's issued a flood watch warning saying 15 to 20 mm of rain is expected to fall.
This will cause some temporary localised flooding but the rain is expected to move away this evening.
