Increased means testing likely in benefits shake-up

Increased means testing will be a key issue in a major review of the benefits system.

The Department of Social Care has announced it will be consulting the public on the issue.

Minister Chris Robertshaw says the department will be examine all benefits throughout the summer and into the autumn.
