Chief Minister congratulates world champions
The Chief Minister is among those offering his congratulations to the Island's 2 new world champions.
Allan Bell says Peter Kennaugh and Ben Swift's victories at the Track Cycling World Championships demonstrates the Island's amazing depth of sporting talent.
Kennaugh was part of the 4 man Team Pursuit squad who won the gold medal in a world record breaking time.
Meanwhile, Isle of Man resident Ben Swift claimed victory in the Individual Scratch race.
Mr Bell says the duo will be an inspiration to future generations of Manx sportsmen and women.
