How could Island constituency sizes be made more equal?
The public are being asked to suggest ways in which the current House of Keys constituencies could be rearranged to make them more equal.
At the moment, they can be served by between one and three MHKs and the number of voters per MHK can vary greatly.
The Boundary Review Committee is looking at a possible change of structure.
The group is asking whether people would like to see eight constituencies with three members in each or one all-Island constituency with 24 keys representatives.
Other combinations like six constituencies each with four MHKs are also suggested.
The committee says people may want to consider things like the importance of traditional sheadings, the geographical size of constituencies and whether the House of Keys should focus mainly on national or local issues.
Public meetings for people who want to put forward their opinions will be held in the North, South, East and West.
