Manx cyclists star in training DVDs
Training DVDs featuring cycling stars from the Isle of Man have been put together to help aspiring cyclists.
Three legs cycling has created a series of five DVDs.
The footage features the likes of Mark Cavendish, Johnny Bellis and Peter Kennaugh
The training sessions are designed for winter indoor training, and focus on the various aspects of cycling including sprinting, time trials and climbing.
