New life could be breathed into Paramount City.
The nightclub at the northern end of Douglas Promenade has been closed for months.
The Sefton Group which owns the building confirms it's in discussions with a company which wants to lease it and reopen it as a club.
The potential new operator is in the process of applying for an alcohol licence.
