Chef to stand in Douglas East
A chef is standing for election in Douglas East
John Karran has put his name forward for next month's General Election
Mr Karran is calling for an urgent public inquiry into the Government's performance in relation to the economy.
He is the 6th candidate to declare in the two seat constituency.
