Witnesses sought after motorbike and police car collide
Police are asking for witnesses to come forward after a crash between a motorbike and a police car.
The collision happened at Greeba on the Douglas to Peel road yesterday lunchtime.
The BMW bike was carrying a rider and pillion passenger.
Both were taken to Noble's but aren't thought to have sustained serious injuries.
The driver of the marked patrol car wasn't hurt.
The road was closed for around 2 hours whilst investigations were carried out.
Officers are keen to speak to the driver of a blue Ford Focus who was travelling on the same stretch of road ahead of the police car at the time.
