No Government money lost on Bay Fest advertising

The Chief Minister says the Government won't lose any money from sponsorship or advertising with the Isle of Man Bay Festival.

Tony Brown told the House of Keys that the Government doesn't stand to lose funds as a result of the festival's failure.
