Karran promises to continue with Housing legislation
Onchan MHK Peter Karran has promised to bring the Housing Bill back to the House of Keys if he is re-elected.
The Bill was given its second reading last week, but was unsuccessful.
The legislation would mean bringing a third tier into the housing market, where restrictions would be placed on certain properties to help first time buyers.
Mr Karran says he's disappointed by the lack of support, but that the Bill is not dead
