Completion of major roadworks delayed
Bad weather and the replacement of a water main are being blamed for delays in finishing the Richmond Hill improvement scheme.
The scheme was due to be completed earlier this month, but it's now not expected to be done until next year.
A late decision to replace a water main was taken, and recent sub zero temperatures have made work difficult.
The temporary speed limit of 30mph will remain until work is complete.
