DoI announces plans for northern housing development
Three acres of land in the north of the Island could be developed by the Government.
The Department of Infrastructure is seeking approval in principal to build a mix of affordable and public sector housing on land from Ballakilley Hill to Lambhill Road in Bride.
The land is already owned by the Department.
Before finalising the planning order, the Department is seeking views from the public.
Copies of the draft can be obtained from Murray House or on the Government's website, and all comments should be made by January 14th.
