The Isle of Man Constabulary Road Safety Team have returned from detailed child seat safety instruction training in the UK.
Team members attended the nationally approved course, which has been licenced by the Institution of Occupational Safety and Health (IOSH) and certified by CPD.
The course informed them of what child road safety laws exist and the theory of child development for child seat restraints.
Road Safety officials will now train in-house before delivering the training methods to the public, holding regular events in the future.
