An excellent set of results are being celebrated by students at King William’s College in Castletown.
In the 2019 IGCSE results published today, 93 per cent of all exams taken at College were awarded A*-C (9-4) grades with 38 per cent receiving either an A* or an A (9-7).
Top of the year was Stefan Fong who achieved 9 A*s whilst Matthew Kerruish and Elizabeth Shooter both gained 7 A*s. In total, nine students gained a clean sweep of A*/A grades in their 11 or so subjects or were just one or two grades short of doing so.
Today’s results follow on from last month’s IB diploma success where the College’s average was 32.8 points per candidate.
