Sloc Road crash victim named

A man who died following a fatal crash on the Sloc Road has been named by police.

23-year-old Joshua Thornton from West Yorkshire died after a motorbike collision between two other bikes on Thursday.

In a statement released by police, his family and friends said Joshua would be "deeply missed."

Mr Thornton had two sisters Gemma and Nicole, a brother Lee, two cousins William and Benjamin and a girlfriend Mary who he lived with.
