The coastguard were called out to help rescue two dogs and their owner at Dhoon Glen yesterday.
Crews from Douglas and Ramsey responded to the incident at just after 3:30pm on Bank Holiday Monday.
Equipment had to carried by hand to the top of the cliff because of the remote location.
A Cliff Technician was able to make it down and recover one of the dogs followed by its owner. The second dog was eventually also recovered.
No injuries have been reported.
