Organisers of the 2019 Harbour to Harbour Walk have announced that anyone wanting to take part in the family-friendly walk must sign up ahead of the event, as registration will no longer be available on the day.
All entrants must now pre-register online before 2pm on Saturday 18th May at my.raceresult.com/114202/.
More than 440 people have already signed up for the nine-mile walk, which will take place on Sunday 19th May along the Island’s stunning southern coastline. Sponsored by award-winning homebuilder Dandara, walkers will set off at 10am from the Prom, opposite the Bay, Port Erin and finish in Castletown Square.
For those who prefer a shorter route, there will be a second starting point from the RNLI building in Port St Mary to Castletown, which covers approximately six miles.
This year marks the fourth consecutive year that Dandara has sponsored the Harbour2Harbour Walk, which each year raises valuable funds for three local charities; Southern Community Initiatives, Men in Sheds and SPort Erin.
