Isle of Man declares climate change emergency

Chief Minister Howard Quayle has committed to a climate change bill in Tynwald in the next 12 months.
Howard Quayle made the announcement at the Active Travel event in Douglas this morning.
Active Travel outlined how the government want to encourage more people to cycle and walk on the island.
More than 600 responses have been made to a consultation on climate change.
