IOM firefighters aim for Christmas Number One Spot

Three firefighters from the Isle of Man are hoping to write their own place in pop history.

They are part of a 40-strong group, the Fire Tones, who recorded their own version of Do They Know It’s Christmas to raise money for the Firefighters Charity.

Rob Henwood and two other firefighters from the Island travelled to Birmingham to record the track last month.

Speaking to MTTV - Rob said he was approached by a fellow firefighter and was asked to take part.
