Cash In The Attic & Drugs - Man To Be Senteneced

A Foxdale man will be sentenced next month after being caught hiding cash in his attic.

Over £17,000 was found by police in the home of 44-year-old Paul Kneen in June this year.

Officers recovered the cash from a bag hidden in a laundry basket as well finding cannabis in his kitchen.

Kneen admitted possessing the criminal property and Class B drug.

In his plea - he said the money was income from his work as a taxi driver which he'd not declared on his tax form.

Kneen will be sentenced on December 7th.
