The IOM Postal branch of the Communications Workers Union is to hold an emergency meeting over proposed changes at the Isle of Man Post Office.
Postal Union Boss Terry Pullinger will be attending the meeting on Sunday 30th September at the Sefton Hotel.
The Union is urging all postal members to attend to discuss a number of key concerns including pensions, pay, terms and conditions and the consultation about reform of the loss making Isle of Man Post Office.
Sources have told Energy FM that proposals include cutting Saturday deliveries and postal workers possibly moving to a 9 to 5 shift pattern.
