Velomobiles will take part in the Isle of Man Cycle Challenge on the TT Course for the first time.
The human-powered vehicles are typically a recumbent trike or quad with an aerodynamic body.
It's thought the vehicles will be able to reach speeds in excess of 80mph going on some of the downhill sections of the course, despite not having an engine.
Participants have a choice to take part in one, two or three laps of the course when the event takes place on September 22nd.
The non-competitive sportive is open to all vehicles without an engine, including tandems, hand cycles and folding bikes.
