Manx Utilities is offering water from the NSC swimming pools to those needing a large volume of water.
The utilities board introduced a hosepipe ban on the Isle of Man earlier this month, and has been encouraging Manx residents to reuse water from household appliances to water plants and gardens.
The swimming pools at the NSC are currently closed for refurbishment, leaving up to one and a half million litres of water available until the end of this week.
Government Laboratory tests have shown a natural de-chlorination process has taken place since the pools were closed on Friday, leaving the water unsuitable for drinking but safe for other general tasks.
The water can be collected by any organisation or individual needing a large volume of water between 9am and 3pm until Friday.
Those who require water must have their own bowser or tank and transportation, and can contact Manx Utilities on 687760.
Douglas Borough Council has already pumped some water from the pools to use on its floral displays.
