Poor conditions, crashes close Mountain Road

The Mountain Road is closed due to poor conditions and a number of collisions.

Police have been warning of poor visibility on the route this morning, and had been urging motorists to avoid the area while dealing with collisions.

However, officers have now had to close the road between the Creg-ny-Baa and Ramsey while the incidents are dealt with.

Crashes have been reported at the Creg-ny-Baa and Kate's Cottage.
