The UK's Department for Exiting the EU says it's committed to taking the Crown Dependencies interests into account.
The Island's Chief Minister, along with the Chief Ministers from Jersey and Guernsey, met with Robin Walker MP from the Department yesterday.
Following the meeting, Mr Walker confirmed the British Government is committed to reaching a deal which works for the whole British family, including the Crown Dependencies.
He updated the Chief Ministers on how Brexit will affect the trade of agricultural and fisheries products, as well as financial services.
Mr Walker also insists the Department will continue to work with the Isle of Man and the other Crown Dependencies as exit negotiations continue.
