The number of patients being transferred from the Ramsey Minor Injuries Unit to Noble's Accident & Emergency Department has risen.
Ramsey MHK Lawrie Hooper sought figures for February 1st to May 1st for the last three years at this week's sitting of the House of Keys.
During 2016 and 2017, 117 and 110 patients needed to be moved from Ramsey to the A&E department at Noble's - which was 6.4% of those attending the unit.
However, the figure increased to 140 this year, or 7.7% of those seeking treatment in Ramsey.
Patients being transferred from Ramsey made up 1.6% of all patients at the emergency department during the three-month period this year, compared with 1.2% in 2017.
