Cummins first off the line at TT 2018

Conor Cummins will be the first rider to leave Glencrutchery Road in the TT Superbike race.

Manx rider Conor Cummins will be first off the line in the TT Superbike race, having taken the number one plate for the opening race of TT 2018.

Lap record holder Michael Dunlop will start sixth, 20 seconds behind Ian Hutchinson, who takes the number four plate.

Dean Harrison goes in between Hutchinson and Dunlop, while Peter Hickman, who secured five podium finishes last year, continues at number 10.

John McGuinness and Bruce Anstey are absent from the seeded riders list, having withdrawn due to injury and illness respectively.
