The Health Minister will ask Tynwald to approve a scheme which will increase the cost of prescriptions and dental treatment at this month's sitting.
David Ashford will present the National Health and Care Service Scheme to the Manx parliament later this month.
The scheme will include the previously postponed plans to put the cost of a prescription item up from £3.85 to £5, as well as rises to pre-payment certificates.
The cost of a routine visit to a dentist will also go up by £2.10 to £20.60, while a basic treatment is set to rise by £5.80 to £56.30.
However, previous plans to abolish a number of exemptions will no longer be pursued, meaning pensioners, pregnant women and those with a number of chronic conditions will not be charged.
