Mountain Road re-opens

The Mountain Road has re-opened following an assessment.

The police closed the route early this morning after snow fell overnight.

However, the Department of Infrastructure has been able to grit the area and has declared the road safe to re-open.

The police are still urging motorists to drive with care.
