MHK asks about food producers' use of plastics

The use of plastic packaging by Manx food producers will be discussed in next week's sitting of the House of Keys.
Arbory, Castletown and Malew member Jason Moorhouse wants to know what the Government is doing to encourage local producers to use non-plastic materials.
The Council of Minister recently committed to a review of the Government's use of single-use plastics.
Environment, Food and Agriculture Minister Geoffrey Boot will respond at Tuesday's sitting.
