Planning permission sought for 24-apartment development

Planning permission is being sought to demolish a warehouse and build 24 apartments in Douglas.

The proposed development would take place at the former Co-op warehouse at Millmount on New Castletown Road.

The project would result in 24 two-bedroom apartments in place of the building, which is currently used by a wholesale stockist and for storage.

The plans also include providing two parking spaces for each apartment, as well as a direct link to pedestrian and cycle routes through the NSC.
