Witnesses sought to Mountain Road driving incident

Police are appealing for witnesses to an alleged incident of dangerous driving on the Mountain Road.

The incident involved a black 4×4 type vehicle allegedly conducting a dangerous overtake near Guthries Memorial on November 11th.

An ambulance had to take evasive action as a result of the manoeuvre.

Officers are particularly keen to speak to the driver of a small silver car that was overtaken immediately prior to the incident.
