Car rolls onto grass bank

Two people needed treatment for minor injuries after a car rolled on the Creg-ny-Baa Back Road this morning.

The incident involved just one car shortly after 7.30am today, with the vehicle coming to rest with its wheels against a grass bank.

Both occupants were treated at the scene by paramedics, while officers from Douglas fire station made the vehicle safe.

The road was blocked for almost two hours while the emergency services worked to clear the scene.
